A leading building services consultancy is seeking an experienced Principal Electrical Engineer to take a senior technical and project leadership role within their team. This position is ideal for a highly capable engineer with strong design expertise, excellent client-facing skills and a solid track record of delivering coordinated building services solutions across multiple projects. About the Role As a Principal Electrical Engineer, you will act as Project Lead on multiple projects, responsible for managing fees, resources, design development and overall delivery. You will be confident producing and reviewing electrical building services designs, including concepts, calculations, drawings, specifications and schedules. You will also supervise and mentor junior engineers, ensuring quality and consistency throughout all design stages.
