We''re now seeking an experienced Handamp;S Incident Response Manager to join our team.In this pivotal role, you will manage and coordinate the effective delivery of incident and issue management across the organisation. Acting as the first-line support and escalation point for health and safety-related events, you will ensure outsourced service providers align with MBNL''s standards, drive resolution of major and critical incidents, and foster seamless cross-functional communication.You will also play a key role in governance-providing insights, conducting deep dives, supporting process harmonisation, and ensuring lessons learned are captured and shared to enable continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
