Wolviston Management Services is recruiting on behalf of Tioxide for a Shift Asset Engineer to join the Manufacturing team at its Greatham facility. This is an opportunity to bring your electrical, instrumentation and control expertise to a hands-on role where your decisions directly influence plant reliability, production performance and safe operation. Working closely with the ICON Shift Lead, you will lead the response to equipment failures, coordinate engineering support and identify improvements that prevent recurring problems. The role You will minimise plant downtime by monitoring equipment performance, diagnosing faults, determining repair methods and completing the required maintenance. Alongside responding to breakdowns, you will support plant start-ups, testing, commissioning and ongoing reliability improvements. Key responsibilities Lead the response to electrical, instrumentation and control equipment breakdowns, coordinating with the relevant Shift Lead. Call out and coordinate additional engineering personnel where required. Monitor asset health, identifying and rectifying defects before they affect production. Provide technical guidance to production teams during start-ups and major plant disturbances.
