This role offers a salary of £50,000-£58,000 and a hybrid working pattern of 2 days in the office and 3 days from home each week.What you will be doing;Lead and manage a team of regulatory Case Managers, supporting their performance, development and day-to-day delivery.Oversee casework arising from Practice Assurance monitoring visits, ensuring cases progress effectively and meet required deadlines and quality standards.Review case recommendations and supporting documentation before consideration by the Practice Assurance Committee, ensuring papers are clear and evidence-based.Provide technical and procedural guidance to Case Managers across Practice Assurance matters, AML supervision contracts and other regulatory issues. ..... full job details .....
