BJ172 - Building Services EngineerLocation: AscotSalary: £45,000 Per AnnumWorking Hours: Monday to Friday 40 hours per weekOverview:The Mechanical Engineer will support the delivery of all mechanical building services and infrastructure across the venue, working under the direction of the MandE Team Leader.You will be responsible for providing mechanical engineering expertise to support long-term asset maintenance, system reliability and operational performance. Ensuring the longevity and efficient day-to-day operation of the estate''s mechanical infrastructure.Duties and Responsibilities:Monitor and complete reactive and PPM work orders using the CAFM system, ensuring timely completion and accurate record-keepingPromote and uphold Health and Safety standards within the MandE teamSupport the MandE Team Leader with contractor management, including oversight of the catering equipment maintenance contract and associated service deliveryAssist with onsite C.A.T scanning activities (training available if required)Monitor, document and analyse building performance data via the BMS platform, ensuring systems operate effectivelyCarry out fault-finding, maintenance and repair of AHUs and FCUs, including replacement of belts, filters, and associated componentsEnsure the reliable and efficient operation of all mechanical building services, in line with site operating procedures and standard maintenance practicesConduct routine mechanical alarm testing, ensuring all results and ..... full job details .....
