Deputise for the Landfill Manager and foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive team environment.Site and Plant Management: Oversee APCr plant maintenance, assist with operational tasks (plant operation, pipework, litter picking), manage supplies, and provide weighbridge cover when needed.Mobile Plant: Operate and refuel authorised plant (excavators, dozers, etc.), maintain equipment, and train staff in daily checks
