You''ll help shape planning strategies, lead on development proposals, and support the delivery of complex, award-winning projects.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and deliver clear, high-quality planning advice, reports, and strategies.Manage, coordinate, and submit planning applications and appeals through all stages.Provide planning input to multidisciplinary project teams and liaise with clients and stakeholders.Draft Planning Statements, appraisals, and associated documentation.Monitor and interpret changes in planning policy and legislation.Represent the company in meetings with local authorities, clients, and communities.About YouMRTPI-accredited Planner with a minimum of 5 years'' post-qualification experience.Demonstrable experience advising on and managing major or complex developments.
