My client is currently recruiting for an experienced Head of HROperations to join a growing and forward-thinking organisationbased in Cambridgeshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HRprofessional to take ownership of a key operational function,lead a team and play an important role in shaping and improvingHR processes across a growing organisation. The Role Reporting directly to the HR Director, you will lead a team ofthree, including two junior HR Administrators who will requiresupervision, coaching and development. Your responsibilities will include: Leading and developing the HR Operations function. Overseeing Learning and Development activity. Supporting the HR Business Partner and HR Director. Working closely with Payroll and wider HR teams. Managing HR processes, policies and procedures. Supporting the review and rewriting of HR policies andprocesses. Using HR systems, data and AI-enabled tools to improveefficiency. Providing guidance and support to schools and stakeholders. Managing and negotiating with trade unions - essential.
