IT Senior Officer

We''re building smarter systems, harnessing data, and creating tools that enable our people to resolve disputes efficiently and transparently.As IT Senior Officer, you will play a key role within the Corporate Information andamp; Governance function, delivering all aspects of IT technical support to ensure our people have the tools, platforms, and hardware they need. You''ll provide expert advice on IT risk management, system, data, and cyber security, and support the IT Team Manager as required. You''ll help maintain a secure, fit-for-purpose environment, contribute to disaster recovery and business continuity planning, and act as an escalation point for incidents and technical issues. This is an 18-month fixed term contract. Primary responsibilities include: Provide expert technical support and advice for key business systems.Ensure system security, effectiveness, and compliance with policies.Lead and resolve complex IT incidents and support disaster recovery
