We are looking for a dedicated and creative Early Years Assistant Manager to support our Early Years Manager in leading and inspiring our team at our nursery in Erith, DA8.Your Role as Early Years Assistant Manager:As part of our leadership team, you will: Inspire and lead staff to provide high-quality, inclusive early years education and care in line with our policies and procedures.Serve as a role model, demonstrating sensitive and responsive interactions that extend children s learning.Ensure quality and safety standards are consistently met and maintained. What We re Looking For: A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare (or equivalent).Post-qualification experience in early education, childcare, or a similar environment.Strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear reports, child protection/safeguarding documentation, and business correspondence.Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other computer tools for report writing and administrative tasks.Leadership skills the ability to inspire, motivate, and set high standards for yourself and your team.
