About the Role A growing renewable energy technology organisation is looking for a motivated Graduate Technical Support Engineer to join its team in Liverpool. Specialising in solar inverters, battery storage systems and related renewable energy technologies, the business supports customers across the UK with product guidance, technical support and after-sales service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career to develop technical knowledge within the renewable energy sector. Working closely with experienced technical and sales teams, you will help resolve customer queries, support product introductions and build your understanding of solar and battery storage technologies. Training and development will be provided. About You You are enthusiastic about technology and renewable energy, with an interest in understanding how products work and helping customers resolve technical issues. You have good communication skills, a methodical approach to problem-solving and the ability to learn new systems and explain technical information clearly. You may be a recent graduate or have some experience in a technical, engineering, customer support or electrical environment. A background in renewable energy would be beneficial, but it is not essential for someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
