Job title: Real Estate Account Handler Salary: £40,000 + Location: London - Hybrid PURPOSE OF ROLE An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Account Handler to join a well-established Real Estate insurance team in London. Working within a specialist property environment, the role will provide support across a portfolio of residential property clients, ensuring a high standard of service throughout the policy lifecycle. The successful candidate will work closely with Account Executives, insurers and internal teams, helping to manage client requirements, maintain strong relationships and ensure accounts are handled efficiently, accurately and in line with regulatory requirements. RESPONSIBILITIES Take ownership of allocated client accounts and provide a consistent, professional service. Support the Account Executive team with the management and development of client portfolios. Assist with renewal preparation, policy amendments and ongoing account requirements. Coordinate with insurers and internal teams to ensure appropriate terms and documentation are obtained. Develop effective working relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Maintain accurate records and ensure all relevant information is captured on internal systems. Help identify potential issues and ensure client queries are resolved promptly.
