Operations ManagerJob OverviewOur client is seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to lead all manufacturing and operational activities within our production facility. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient and profitable operation of the business, overseeing production, planning, quality, warehousing, maintenance and continuous improvement.The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering production targets whilst maintaining the highest standards of quality, health and safety and customer satisfaction. Working closely with Sales, Procurement and Design teams, the Operations Manager will ensure customer orders are manufactured and delivered on time, in full and to the required specification.This role requires a strong manufacturing background, excellent leadership skills and experience of driving operational improvements within a fast-paced production environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations ManagementLead the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring production runs efficiently and safely.Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, profitability and customer service.Ensure production schedules are achieved while maintaining flexibility to meet changing customer demands.Monitor operational performance using KPIs and implement corrective actions where required.Work closely with senior management to support business growth and strategic objectives.Production ..... full job details .....
