About the Job This is a varied generalist HR position supporting managers and employees across multiple sites. You''ll play a key role in delivering proactive HR support throughout the employee lifecycle while providing practical advice on a wide range of people matters.Providing advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including absence management, performance, disciplinary and grievance cases.Supporting managers with day-to-day HR queries and ensuring best practice is followed.Managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding through to offboarding.Preparing contracts, offer documentation and other HR correspondence.Coordinating onboarding activities for new employees.Working alongside Occupational Health where appropriate.Assisting with recruitment activity during busier ..... full job details .....
