About the Role As a CNC Setter Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC Turning or Milling machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications. Key Responsibilities Set up CNC turning machines including tool changes and offsetsOperate CNC turning machines to produce precision componentsMonitor machine operation and make adjustments as neededInspect finished parts for quality and accuracyTroubleshoot and resolve issues with machine operationFollow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environmentCollaborate with team members to ensure production goals are met About You Proven experience as a CNC Turner or Miller Setter OperatorProficient in setting up and operating CNC machinesKnowledge of machining principles and techniquesAbility to read and interpret technical drawingsSolid problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong commitment to workplace safety and quality standard
