We’re looking for an Assistant Manager / Duty Manager ready to step in, support the team, and help keep our restaurant buzzing. This is a permanent role with a salary of £32,000–£40,000 + TRONC, plus perks like free meals, staff events, and career progression as part of our exciting expansion plans.
What You’ll Do

• Lead from the front: Be a hands-on leader, supporting your team, keeping energy high, and making sure service flows smoothly.
• Opening & Closing: Take charge of openings and closes to ensure the restaurant is ready for action and locked down properly.
• Deliver Great Service: Ensure every guest has an amazing experience – friendly, fast, and fun!
• Keep Things Running: Jump in wherever needed to solve problems, maintain pace, and keep the team motivated.
• Develop the Team: Support, coach, and inspire your colleagues, helping them grow and succeed.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in restaurant management (branded chains or busy independent restaurants) is preferred.
• Passion for creating a fun, dynamic, and supportive environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate your team.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and problem-solve on the go.
• A collaborative mindset – you listen to your team and implement great ideas.
