Bid Writer - Construction Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pmAn established construction contractor is looking for a Bid Writer to join its friendly and experienced team based in Romford.This is an excellent opportunity for a Bid Writer who enjoys taking ownership of submissions while working within a supportive, collaborative environment. The business has a strong track record of delivering projects for Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Universities and other public-sector clients, and continues to secure new work through competitive tenders and framework agreements.The Bid Writer will be joining an established, owner-managed construction business with a turnover of approximately 14m and a team of around 25 people.The Bid Writer''s RoleThe Bid Writer will be responsible for:Writing, developing and completing high-quality tender submissionsProducing bids for Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Social Housing and Public Building projectsCompleting PQQs and supporting wider pre-construction submissionsReviewing tender documents and identifying key client requirementsWorking closely with operational and commercial teams to gather relevant informationDeveloping clear, persuasive and tailored written responsesManaging individual submissions and ensuring deadlines are achievedMaintaining and developing bid content for future submissionsSupporting the wider bid team and Bid Manager when requiredThe Bid WriterThe successful Bid Writer will ideally have:Previous experience ..... full job details .....
