Our client, an established Utilities services company, is currently recruiting an Account Manager to join their Sales team. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients acting as a main liaison with customers to ensure retention and growth. Key Responsibilities for the Account Manager:Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact.Understand client goals, challenges, and requirements to align company offerings effectively.Handle client inquiries, complaints, and escalations promptly and effectively, advocating for the client internally Skills Required for the Account Manager:Proven background in Sales or Account ManagementDriving License (Required)Strong communication skills Please apply as directed!
