The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll support class teachers in creating an engaging learning environment and provide direct academic assistance to pupils. Your responsibilities will include running small group sessions, delivering 1-2-1 interventions, and helping to reinforce core skills in literacy and numeracy. You will play a key role in raising attainment and supporting pupil progress throughout the year.

The Candidate
This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a strong academic background and a genuine interest in education. You should be proactive, approachable, and passionate about supporting young learners. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential. Previous experience working with children is an advantage but not essential.
