Aspire People are working in partnership with a school in Lutterworth who are looking for a caring, patient and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. This role is about providing consistent, practical support to children with additional needs and helping them get the most from their time at school. You''ll work closely with the class teacher and wider support team to help pupils access learning and develop their independence. You''ll be based in one school, Monday to Friday, giving you the opportunity to build strong relationships with the children and become a familiar and trusted member of their support network.
