The Quantity Surveyor will ideally come from from a new build / refurbishment background with atleast a proven track record in delivering projects up to -10M. The Quantity Surveyor will be working alongside contracts managers and site managers to take sole commercial responsibility for projects. Responsible for review and improvement where required of company wide commercial processes and procedures.
