Utilise marketing leads, industry events, and networking to build a pipeline of prospects in our target industriesTo develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to our solutions. This involves understanding market trends, competitor analysis, and positioning the software effectively to different segmentsTo build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers. Focus on understanding their business challenges and objectives to effectively position our solutionsManage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to RFx coordination, product demos, presentations, negotiation, and closing. This includes developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified prospects, following up on leads, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targetsCollaborate with teams across a specialist consultancy and the wider Reply Group—including marketing, consulting, product, support, and legal—to support the sales process and be the voice of the customer within your companyTo oversee the account management for new clients to ensure successful software implementation and adoption. Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-sellingAbout the candidate:You have completed a Bachelor’s degree in any subject area5+ years’ experience with success selling enterprise-level, complex software opportunities, with consistent quota achievement of a £1m+ quotasStrong track record in selling consultancy services, enterprise-grade software solutions and SaaS solutionsProven ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies, aligned with company goals and client needs, across the full sales cycle from prospect to closeYou are personable, trustworthy and able to connect with people at all levels within an organisation, bringing strong relationship-building skills with both prospects and clientsA solid understanding of our market and its industry trends, our competitive landscape, the unique challenges faced by potential clients, and how technological advancements can impact our customersReply is an Equal Opportunities Employer and committed to embracing diversity in the workplace.
