Kinetic Industrial are supporting a leading food manufacturing company, based in Trafford, in their search for Permanent Machine Operators to join their small and successful team.This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established food manufacturer who are known for producing high-quality ingredients. This is a full-time permanent position, working Monday to Friday on a rotating 3-shift system.The shifts you MUST be able to work are Mon to Thurs: 6am to 2pm / Fri: 6am to 12pm Mon to Thurs: 2pm to 10pm / Fri: 12pm to 6pm Mon to Thurs: 10pm to 6am / Fri 6pm to 12amResponsibilities of the Machine Operator include: Operating plant machinery Working on a filling line machine Lifting and shifting bags that can weigh up to and including 25kg Maintain compliance with site hygiene, Health and Safety, and GMP requirements Follow internal and external specifications within a HACCP framework Complete relevant documentation and production records Work as part of a multi-disciplined team to achieve production targets Support continuous improvement initiatives across the departmentBelow is what we need the new Machine Operator to have: Previous experience working in a food production or food manufacturing environment Filling line machine experience Fast Paced Machine Operating experience Good understanding of product safety principles and HACCP Excellent grasp of communication and teamwork skills Literacy and numeracy skills The role requires accurate interpretation of written instr
