Team Leader required for a Cat Food Production Facility in SL2 area. We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client who is based in Slough and are seeking an experienced Team Leader.Shift and Pay

Working hours: Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, including a one-hour lunch break. This role typically follows standard working hours, though occasional flexibility may be requiredPay rate: £17.31 per hourKey Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and support a team of 10 (and growing) operatives, fostering a positive work environment.Order Fulfilment: Oversee the entire order fulfilment process, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and dispatched on time, in full, and to our quality standards.Material Management: Manage incoming goods, oversee stock control procedures, and ensure accurate inventory levels.Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control checks throughout the fulfilment process to maintain product quality.Health and Safety: Champion a strong health and safety culture within the facility, ensuring compliance with all regulations and best practices.Process Improvement: Lead the review and improvement of our operational and fulfilment processes, making recommendations to management to support business growth and our evolving product offering.Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience in team leadership or supervisory roles in an industrial, production, or warehousing setting is required.Proven track record of leading and motivating a team of diverse people to hit their goals, with a "People first" approach.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsHighly detail-oriented with strong numerical skillsSupport and Company Information
