General Manager - Hospitality / Sports Venue / Leisure - Kingston

My client is looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager (GM) to lead their flagship arcade and sports venue in Kingston. The venue spans two floors and offers a fun-filled experience for both families during the day and adults in the evening. Their range of activities includes an amusement arcade, American pool tables, VR experiences, sports simulators, duck pin bowling, and crazy golf. With two bars, one kitchen, and a wide selection of food offerings such as pizza, chicken burgers, popcorn, hot dogs, and donuts, this venue is designed for a vibrant and diverse customer base. As GM, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the site, leading a team of managers and staff, and ensuring a top-notch customer experience for all visitors. You will drive business performance and create an engaging environment that brings guests back time and time again. Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Management: Manage and lead a team of 3 other managers and approximately 25 staff members. Provide guidance and support to your team ensuring a high standard of service and operational efficiency. Foster a positive enthusiastic and customer-centric work environment. Operations Management: Oversee the operations of the arcade sports areas two bars and kitchen ensuring all areas are functioning optimally. Ensure high standards of cleanliness maintenance and safety across all areas of the venue. o Maintain stock levels monitor inventory and liaise with suppliers
