We are currently recruiting for a Floor Manager for one of our destination restaurants - May Fair Kitchen, based within iconic 5 Star The May Fair hotel.Overview:An amazing opportunity to join the May Fair Kitchen as a Floor Manager.You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Restaurant and bar operation.Achieve the revenue, profit and customer satisfaction goals for the restaurant.As Floor Manager, your role will involve coaching and developing the team.You will direct the food and beverage operations team to ensure both customer and host satisfaction is achieved in a motivated and cohesive environment.Ensure guest expectations are exceeded and seek opportunities to improve the guest experience by requesting feedback and evaluating service levels.About You:Current in-depth beverage experience within a high-end liquor or food led operation.Capable of demonstrating outstanding leadership, coaching and change management.The ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and ensure completion to achieve required results.A proven track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental targets to meet and exceed expectations.Company Benefits:Competitive salary
