The school is seeking committed Behaviour Mentors and Learning Support Assistants to join its team from January 2027.This is an opportunity to help young people re-engage with education, build positive relationships and develop the skills they need to move forward.The Role:Support pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs.Build positive, trusting relationships and act as a consistent role model.Manage challenging situations using calm and appropriate de-escalation strategies.Encourage engagement with lessons, routines and wider school activities.Implement individual behaviour plans and support strategies.Work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to promote positive outcomes.We''re Looking For Someone Who:Has experience working with young people in SEMH, PRU, alternative provision or a similar setting.Is confident supporting challenging behaviour and emotional dysregulation.Can remain calm, consistent and professional under pressure.Has strong communication and relationship-building skills.Is passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to ..... full job details .....
