The Senior Health and Safety Advisor will be responsible for: Assisting the Health and Safety Leader and Head of Department in managing daily deliverables and workflow, ensuring timely delivery of stakeholder requirements.Mentor Health and Safety Advisors and ensure continuous personal development.Developing and reviewing health and safety audit plans and schedules, ensure timely completion of incident investigations and lessons learned, and maintain up-to-date health and safety documents in line with new legislation and practices.Planning and reviewing health and safety training components of the corporate training matrix, develop knowledge and skills in the area of specialism, and be a key part of the site Emergency Response Team. The Senior Health and Safety Advisor will have: NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) strongly desirable.
