The role will mainly involve commercial work; however, candidates must be able to handle residential files as needed, since there will be some residential work for developers. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated commercial property solicitor to join a respected firm with ambitious expansion plans. You will be dealing with a wide range of property work including freehold / leasehold, sales and purchase, re-mortgages, and landlord and tenant matters, from inception to completion, reporting to a Property Partner.It is essential that you have strong networking skills and a proven track record of establishing and building relationships with new and existing clients.
