The Quality Inspector Role:In process (First off / patrol) inspection of machined and fabricated partsRead engineering drawings and symbolsInspection of components using both mechanical/manual and CMM devices: Micrometres, verniers, gauges and callipersCalibration skills for various hand inspection tools - vernier, micrometerRead customer specifications and understands the importance of accurate measurementsGoods inwards inspectionVisual inspection requirements with attention to detailKeeping work environment clean and tidy and practising good housekeeping About You: Experience working to ISO9001:2015Able to read engineering drawings and symbolsExperience using inspection tools including micrometres, verniers, gauges, calipers etcMust be willing to work on any shift pattern in line with business needsWork well in small team, reporting to Inspection Team LeaderWeld experience desirableCMM Experience desirable How to ApplyTo apply for the Quality Inspector position, click Apply Now and upload your CV.
