This role ensures our construction projects run smoothly, safely, and profitably by securing new work through bids and tenders, reviewing contracts to clarify commitments, managing budgets, costs, and timelines, resolving issues such as changes or disputes, and upholding strict health and safety standards. Acting as the key link between clients, subcontractors, and our teams, you ll be the organiser who makes sure every project is delivered on time, on budget, safely, and in line with the contract.
