HGV DriversAs we continue to support a range of clients across the region, we are looking to recruit experienced Class 1 (CE) Drivers for ongoing and casual assignments. Opportunities are available across a variety of shift patterns, including days, nights, weekends, ad-hoc work, and full-time hours.The RoleAs a Class 1 Driver, your duties may include:Safely operating a range of Class 1 vehicles and trailer types, including refrigerated, curtain side, flatbed, and tipper trailers.Completing deliveries and collections in line with planned schedules.Carrying out multi-drop and trunking work, depending on the assignment.Ensuring loads are correctly secured and transported safely.Conducting daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects.Maintaining accurate records and complying with all transport legislation.Communicating effectively with transport teams and customers.Delivering a professional and customer-focused service at all times.RequirementsTo be considered, applicants must have:A valid UK Class 1 (CE) Licence.A current Driver CPC qualification.A valid Digital Tachograph Card.Good understanding of drivers'' hours and Working Time Directive regulations.Excellent communication and customer service skills.A professional and reliable approach to work.DesirableExperience operating a variety of trailer types.ADR qualification (beneficial but not essential).Previous experience in multi-drop or trunking operations.What We''re Looking ForReliable and safety-conscious ..... full job details .....
