We are seeking a Metal Deburrer / Finisher to remove burrs, sharp edges and excess material from metal components following machining, cutting, stamping or fabrication processes. You will ensure components are finished to a high standard and meet required quality specifications. This role would suit someone who enjoys hands-on work and can work independently. Location: Ruislip, LondonPay: 13.50 per hourHours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm Key Responsibilities for the Metal Deburrer / Finisher:Deburr and finish metal components using hand tools, files, grinders, rotary tools and other equipmentRemove sharp edges, burrs, excess material and surface imperfections from finished partsInspect components to ensure they meet quality standardsWork from drawings, specifications and written work instructionsUse basic measuring and inspection equipment where requiredMaintain a clean and tidy work areaFollow company health and safety procedures at all timesWear required PPE and work safely around machinery and metal productsReport quality issues or equipment faults to the Supervisor / Team LeaderWork efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with all employeesSupport other manufacturing functions during peak periodsContribute to process improvement initiatives Skills and Experience Required for the desired Metal Deburrer / Finisher:Enjoys practical, hands-on work and can work independentlyExperience working with steel, stainless ..... full job details .....
