Job Opportunity: Cleaner

Central London PropertiesFull-Time | Monday to Friday | 8-Hour Shifts |We are a growing property company seeking an honest, reliable, and hard-working cleaner to join our team. This is a mobile role covering several properties across Central London.In addition to high-quality cleaning, we count on our cleaners to act as our eyes and ears, spotting and reporting any issues across the properties.Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in communal areas and individual flats

Complete daily tasks such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, bin collection, and general tidying

Deep-clean flats for new tenants or as required

Monitor and report maintenance issues or health and safety risks

Keep entrances, corridors, stairwells, and shared spaces clean and litter-free

Follow health and safety and COSHH protocols

Handle laundry duties, including bedding changes and occasional washing/ironing

Store and maintain cleaning equipment correctly

Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times

Follow instructions from the development manager and assist as needed

What Were Looking For:

A reliable, detail-focused individual with a strong work ethic

Able to work independently or as part of a team

Comfortable using mobile apps for rota and communication

Physically fit and able to carry out manual cleaning duties

Good level of spoken English (other languages a plus)

COSHH qualified and eligible to work in the UK

Committed to professionalism, integrity, and high service standards
