The Role As a New Homes Sales Executive, you will take ownership of the sales journey from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring every customer receives a seamless and professional service. Key Responsibilities Manage the full sales process from enquiry to legal completion Deliver exceptional customer service in line with a 5-star builder standard Conduct property viewings and showcase homes effectively Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, agents, and solicitors Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using CRM systems Ensure the sales office and show homes are always presented to an impeccable standard Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs Provide market intelligence, including competitor activity and buyer feedback Guide customers through the purchasing process, including financial referrals where appropriate Adhere to all company policies and industry regulations About You Previous experience in new homes sales or estate agency is highly desirable Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets Strong communication and interpersona
