Robert Half Technology have partnered with an innovative global agricultural technology business to recruit a Junior Data Analyst on a short-term contract basis. 4 weeks'' work. Fully office-based - London - 5 days per week. Role The Junior Data Analyst will support the implementation of a new HR system, Factorial HR. Assist with the migration of existing employee and contractor data into the new system. Review, organise and cleanse data to ensure accuracy and consistency. Consolidate information currently held across the company intranet, employee folders and various other storage locations. Identify missing information, duplicate records and data inconsistencies. Carry out data entry and general administration to prepare information for the new system. Ensure all employee records, contracts and HR documentation are organised ahead of the January go-live. Profile Previous experience in data entry, data administration or data cleansing. Experience supporting data migration or system implementations would be advantageous. Exposure to HR systems, ideally Factorial HR, would be highly beneficial. Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to handling data. Confident working with Excel spreadsheets, databases and large volumes of information. Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
