An established and highly successful Foodservice business is seeking an experienced Depot Manager to take ownership of its busy transport and depot operation from its Gloucestershire site.This is a key leadership position with responsibility for ensuring the depot operates safely, compliantly and commercially, whilst consistently delivering excellent service to customers. Reporting into the senior operational team, you will lead the day-to-day operation, managing people, fleet, resource planning, service levels, budgets and KPIs, using data and insight to improve efficiency, maximise utilisation and control costs.Working closely with the wider transport network and functions across the business, you will build a positive, accountable and high-performing culture, develop your team and embed consistent processes and best practice.
