In this role, you''ll be supervising classes in the absence of the teacher and delivering pre-set work to groups of students. No planning, no marking - just engaging, guiding and supporting learners throughout the school day Who We''re Looking ForYou don''t need a teaching qualification, but you must have experience working with young people. This could include: ? Sports Coaching Youth Work Tutoring small groups ? Any role where you''ve supported or led young people We''re looking for individuals who are: Confident managing a classroomPositive, proactive and reliableAble to build rapport quickly with studentsComfortable working 5 days per week in a school setting ?
