My client seeking a Combustion Engineer to join our dynamic team. They operate and maintain 25 Heat Networks and Energy Centres across London, servicing all types of boilers, burners, and heating distribution systems.As a Combustion Engineer, you''ll deliver maintenance to SFG20, repair works, and reactive services to a professional standard. You''ll be proactive, innovative, and comfortable with the culture. Your role will include mentoring ''improvers'' and ''apprentices'', using and understanding a CAFM system, delivering planned preventative maintenance to schedule, and providing technical support on site.Our short-term objectives for this role include building strong relationships with our combustion engineers, supervisors, and customers, delivering services to contract, and helping the heating team achieve its goals. In the medium term, we aim for high performance levels, excellent customer ratings, and becoming a Trusted Advisor to our customers.To excel in this role, you must be enthusiastic, organised, an excellent team player and communicator, and motivated to excel.
