Commercial Contract Lawyer Uxbridge (Hybrid) 12 month contract initially up to £80K pro rata Are you a qualified solicitor with a passion for commercial law and hands-on contract work? We re looking for a Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join a leading international company s legal team in West London on a 12-month fixed-term basis, with strong potential for it to become a permanent role. What you ll do: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts including MSAs, supplier agreements, IT/software contracts, marketing agreements, and NDAs. Provide practical legal advice on commercial risk, compliance, and day-to-day business matters. Support key projects and transactions that drive business success. Collaborate with global and local teams, external counsel, and vendors to ensure smooth legal operations. Who we re looking for: Qualified solicitor (England and Wales) or equivalent with at least 3 years PQE, ideally in-house. Strong experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. Commercially aware, able to advise on risk and compliance confidently. Excellent organisational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
