Are you an Electrical Design Engineer with experience delivering Building Services projects across the commercial, industrial or public sectors? If so, please read on...

Essential skillset:

• Proven experience designing electrical building services systems for commercial, industrial, healthcare, education or mixed-use developments
• Strong understanding of LV electrical distribution, power, lighting and emergency lighting systems
• Experience producing electrical drawings, single line diagrams (SLDs), schematics, cable schedules and technical specifications
• Knowledge of BS 7671 (IET Wiring Regulations), Building Regulations and relevant British Standards
• Experience carrying out electrical calculations, including cable sizing, voltage drop, fault level and protection coordination
• Familiarity with lighting design, small power, fire alarm, security, data and containment systems
• Experience coordinating designs with mechanical engineers, architects, contractors and clients throughout all project stages
• Proficient in AutoCAD, with experience using Revit and Amtech/Trimble ProDesign or similar electrical design software being advantageous
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to undertake occasional UK site visits
