Payroll and Billing Administrator£26,500 £27,500 plus 5% quarterly bonusMonday to Friday 8-5pmDue to continued company growth, we are recruiting a Payroll and Billing Administrator to join our Credit Control team. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail who enjoys working with high-volume data in a fast-paced environment.You will be responsible for ensuring contractor payroll is processed accurately and on time, sales invoices are raised correctly, and client payments are allocated and reconciled efficiently.Key Responsibilities Accurately processing 1,(Apply online only)+ timesheets per weekEntering timesheet data for contractor paymentsRaising sales invoices through the pay and bill systemReviewing timesheets for errors, omissions and rate discrepanciesResponding to payroll, timesheet and invoice queries from contractors, clients and internal teamsAllocating and reconciling client payments using remittance adviceMonitoring and chasing overdue balances by phone and emailInvestigating invoice discrepancies and resolving billing queriesReporting on overdue invoices, actions taken and proposed resolutionsWorking closely with Consultants, Managers and Directors to support debt collectionSupporting continuous improvement of finance systems and processesProviding cover for other finance team members and supporting general admin tasks when required Skills and Experience Required GCSEs including English and Maths (Grade C / Level 4 or above)A Levels or equival
