Joining at a time of investment and company growth, you will be responsible for the management, maintenance and improvement of site facilities, ensuring a safe, compliant and productive working environment. The Role Managing the day-to-day maintenance of buildings, facilities and site infrastructure. Overseeing planned preventative facilities maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance programmes. Managing external contractors and service providers, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required standard. Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety legislation, statutory inspections and environmental requirements. Managing facilities budgets, maintenance costs and identifying opportunities for cost savings. Overseeing utilities, waste management, security, cleaning and general site services. Identifying and implementing improvements to site facilities, infrastructure and energy efficiency. Supporting manufacturing operations by minimising facilities-related disruption and downtime. Maintaining accurate records, risk assessments and compliance documentation. The Person Previous Facilities Management experience, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
