PRIMIS form part of the LSL Property Services plc group.We are recruiting for a new Financial Promotions Team Leader to join our Financial Promotions department. The team are an integral part of our large Risk and Compliance function. The Financial Promotions Team Leader is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and operational management of the Financial Promotions function, ensuring financial promotions are assessed and approved in accordance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and agreed service standards. Alongside leading a team of Financial Promotions Consultants, the role is accountable for maintaining high-quality standards, effective operational controls, and a culture of continuous improvement, whilst providing practical, commercially aware compliance support to Appointed Representative firms.Acting as the function''s technical lead, the Team Leader will promote positive customer outcomes, deliver exceptional broker service, and support the network''s vision to delight the broker by deliver of best-in-class support.
