Scheduling - Build the daily cover schedule using internal staff, external agency supply, and your own supervised sessions. - Liaise professionally with supply agencies to secure appropriate classroom supervision. Classroom Supervision - Deliver pre-set work to classes and maintain a calm, positive working environment. - Ensure students remain focused, supported, and engaged in their tasks.
