As the Building Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering value-driven surveying solutions, managing projects from inception through to completion. You’ll be responsible for providing technical advice, project oversight, and client-facing support across a wide portfolio of public and private sector work.Working closely with clients, stakeholders, and project teams, you’ll ensure quality outcomes, promote best practice, and contribute to the wider success of a high-performing team.The Successful Building Surveyor Will Have

Qualifications:

Degree qualified in Building Surveying or similar technical disciplineMRICS or membership of another relevant professional bodyExperience:

Proven track record in technical delivery and project managementStrong working knowledge of JCT ContractsExperience working in a consultancy environmentSkilled in managing multiple stakeholders and prioritising workloadsAbility to manage projects from design through to completionAttributes:
