We are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary/Conveyancing Administrator to support the Residential Conveyancing Department.The role will involve:Supporting the Residential Conveyancing Department Audio and copy typing of correspondence and legal documentsLiaising with clients and third party professionals by telephone and emailUsing the land registry portalUsing a legal case management systemAdministration duties, filing, photocopying, scanning etc.Suitable candidates will have:Previous experience as a legal secretary or legal assistant within conveyancing or commercial propertyKnowledge of land registry proceduresExperience of using the land registry portalGood typing skillsExcellent communication skillsThis is a full-time permanent job working 9am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday.Benefits include:Paid annual leave entitlement, plus additional paid leave over the Christmas shut-down period, plus bank holidaysNest Pension schemeFree parking on siteHealth Care Package and refunds on eye testsNote: Salary stated is given as a guideline in line with market rate and will be wholly commensurate with experience.
