This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in sales order processing, order management or customer service administration who enjoys working in a busy, fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently, working closely with customers, suppliers, warehouse teams and internal departments to ensure a smooth order fulfilment process. Key Responsibilities Process and manage daily customer sales orders accurately and efficiently. Monitor outstanding orders, back orders and stock availability. Liaise with customers regarding order updates, delivery schedules and product availability. Coordinate with warehouse teams, suppliers and internal departments to resolve stock and delivery queries. Prepare order confirmations, invoices and shipping documentation. Track shipments and proactively communicate delivery updates or delays.
