Application Support Manager – SaaS / EdTech

Are you passionate about leading high-performing Software support teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences? We are looking for an Application Support Manager to lead a dynamic team of nine support analysts in ensuring outstanding service across our suite of SaaS solutions. You’ll be the backbone of our support operation, overseeing helpdesk systems, optimising workflows, and championing a customer-first culture.
Role: Application Support Manager, Software Support Manager, Software Support Team Lead, IT Support Manager, Service Desk Manager
Salary: circa £50k base salary + Bonus
