DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES OF A DEPUTY HEAD OF COMPLIANCE and LEGAL Review and update Compliance policies Assess the commercial impact of new regulations Assist with the preparation and delivery of training Develop AML policies and run the Compliance Monitoring Programme Advise and liaise with internal and external stakeholders Conduct thematic reviews Review financial promotions Provide legal advice, assist with litigation issues and review/negotiate legal agreements.
